"We were able to achieve a civil compromise of sorts in this case. After a somewhat extended period of time my client was able to set aside enough money to pay for the victim restitution up front. After setting up a meeting with the victims and discussing this with them they were agreeable to the outcome and the State agreed to be on board as well. Instead of going to prison my client was put on probation and forced to pay a huge amount of victim restitution up front. All things considered this was a great outcome to a difficult case."
