Add to that that my client had a terminal and degenerative condition that was impairing his judgment and the recipe was what occurred. Fortunately, we were able to provide medical documentation of my client's condition and had a Deputy District Attorney that was reasonable. A plea to a violation level Harassment was a reasonable and just outcome under these circumstances.
